I am Doug Willis and I have been dabbling with computers since 1984. I worked in photogrammetry and cartography from manual methods in 1986 through to system data capture and analysis with Geographic Information Systems.

My primary service is in the establishment of efficient business processes that are supported by appropriate information management systems.

I have experience in maintaining Microsoft SharePoint environments, establishing and moderating Mediawiki, migration and change management for Google Apps for Business. I have experience in programming Java, PHP with MySQL, Javascript. I have experience in writing scoping documents for the development of systems to meet specific business needs.
